I got my voting package in the mail yesterday from Scotia Itrade, I voted to get Fairall removed from BOD!! Voted for the other 2 on the list. and Voted No to everything as I don't think they have what it takes to take this to the end.

Depending on which institution you trade/bank with, you might need to opt in. If you haven't recieved anything give them a call and make sure you're signed up. It happened to me for a couple stocks before I figured it out.
