GROWTH = Rising Share Price!

What many seem to be missing is that the reason one buys Junior Gold Companies is because they have potential for GROWTH and with that comes a significant increase in share price. Why else does everyone hope to find and buy the "next MicroSoft stock?"

.

But the reality of CRJ is that it is nothing but a plodding along junior miner. It has "big ideas" about wanting to be a mid-tier producer but can't seem to get there.

.

Here is what McMillian has done with the Seabee asset during 16 of his 17 years of tenure at the helm of CRJ. I don't see any "growth" in this story! Zero!

.

.

CRJ needs to merge with another company that has the cash and technical expertise to quickly build out the Seabee Mine, finish the exploration work at Madsen and sell off that low-grade Amisk project. Only THEN might the growth potential in CRJ properties might be realized for long suffering CRJ shareholders.

December, Thanks for posting the yearly chart on ounces produced per year. Do you see how much gold was produced from 1997 to 2000? Those results reflect higher grades produced per tonne. For Seabee to grow production, you either have to expand the mill so that you can produce more or you have to produce higher grade rock. By the end of this year, Seabee will start producing ...more

Bottles, tell me you aren't a management apologist!? >>>Do you see how much gold was produced from 1997 to 2000? Those results reflect higher grades produced per tonne.<<< . What I see is NO GROWTH in production for 16 years! But are suggesting that high grading the mine is an acceptable way to operate and "grow" production? . CRJ is sitting on what is ...more

"The point is - REALLY BIG money for shareholders is made from GROWTH OF PRODUCTION. You are suggesting that acceptable growth comes from high-grading the mine?" Well, yes. Millions have been spent drilling Seabee and one does not do this unless they are seeking to expand the resource base and are in search for higher grades. Higher grades both reduce`costs and grow ...more

Excuses, excuses, excuses...... . >>>With $2000 gold on the horizon, this little mine has the potential to be a "cash cow". Should that materialize, and I think it will, CRJ will be in a much better position to grow production outside of Seabee like Madsen and or Amisk.<<< . Cash cow? PULEEEEEZ! Who cares if a 50,000 opy mine prints a little bit ...more

December, I'm not investing your money nor do i have to justify my investment decisions to anyone but myself. That said, I'm here to make a profit and NOT convince you of anything in regards to CRJ. If you do not like management - so be it. As my posts here and on Yahoo over many years with respect to CGR/CRJ reveal, I'm not exactly a Neil fan either. I can, however, set aside ...more

Well good. I see we agree fundamentally. It is a shame that these assets aren't in better hands. Then we'd both be making money hand over fist ...more

"Now one of my objections to McMillian is that he stated on the last CC that if the POG did drop, his "plan" was indeed to high grade the Seabee Mine! I almost fell off my chair when I heard that comment. The head of a mine company thinks "high grading" the mine is an acceptable plan?"One thing to denote about Seabee is that "higher grades" did not ...more
