The Santoy Gap (high grade) has 281,000 oz at 8.8 g/t. It will take the completion of the ramp and some infill drilling to get this ready. The company has projected 2Q 2014 to start this through production. With a fast track, they could cut this by several quarters, (this is my opinion). Once this is finished they could run this high grade through the current mill for
5 years. Let's move to the L62 since it is in production now. It can be used for the immediate period.
The high grade at L62 ( Claude could choose to run 2 years at 55,000 oz at 7.5 g/t)
With the completion of the shaft this is nice grade, close to the shaft and great for maximizing profits.
C.Toronto,
You stated :
My predictions:
- L62 grades around 5.7 g/t.
From the Denver Presentation 2012 Slide 9
L62 P&P Reserves 70,400 oz at 7.62 g/t
Inf. Resource 40,300 oz at 7.57 g/t
So, would you like to change your predictions or can you clarify what you meant? Thanks.
Note: all the oz used in this write up are not p&p but the company is moving them in that direction with a high rate of success.
