I'm  surprised that insiders are allowed to acquire shares during a pending sale of Madsen.
I thought an insider black out would be imposed during this process.

I saw these acquired shares, but wondered if they weren't acquired as a sort of bonus payment annually? Does this not happen every year? Kind of like here's your cash and here's your shares?
