Should I Be Concerned ?

Was thinking of buying more shares until I came accross this. If gold prices do not increase in the near term, how long can our limited higher grades sustain us?

The resources being uncovered in Santoy Gap are not small, nor near term only.  The problem was the very low grade in Santoy 8.  I think that ore will be a future source, but will only lower grades to a targeted higher level.  Their mill can also be expanded in the future.  However, profiability of $5 million per quarter is sustainable and their $24 million debt will be ...more

I had similar thinking to you but some these drill holes they are getting from Santoy gap are very good and they have identified they are ramping up production and focusing here going forward. Of course there is still risk but thats why you can buy shares at 26 cents. Another fact is that their resource estimates are nearly one year old.  It will be interesting when Santoy Gap is updated.  Their new mining method on L62 is increasing produced grade there, as the new miming method reduces dilution from surrounding rock.  The combination of these factors should mean they can continue higher production grades into the future, as ...more

IMO, Mr Stabosz says - All I want for Christmas is a seat on the Claude Board of Directors. But, should Goldman Sachs be correct about lower gold prices by end of the year, Mr Stabosz might say - I feel like singing the blues.
