I'm dumbfounded at this stocks lack of performance.

Maybe, this is your classic story of the more things change, the more they remain the same. IMO, Claude mgmt has been extracting the gold from this mine for over 20 years while failing to provide any significant return of investment to its shareholders. Whoa! How's that for cornball?
