Why is This Stock Soooo Slow to Move?

I've watched more than half a dozen miners double or more in the last few weeks with lessor consolidation pullbacks than CRJ just experienced, In most cases CRJ has better technicals and it just languishes. Examples: ABX, AUY, HMY, MUX, RBYCF, VGZ, PGM.V, GSS, SGSVF, LSG and so on.
