Press reports a bill that includes a lot of pro supply measures will drop today.
Included, the banning of the use of heritage designations after a plan is filed.

Here is a relevant news item: https://www.cp24.com/news/ontario-government-set-to-introduce-bill-today-meant-to-increase-housing-supply-1.5840794 It would appear to be a good time to own 10k acres in Ontario! Time to start unlocking some of that value. The Kanata OLT decision is a good step but strangely, no online coverage by the media or opposition groups.
