It kind of seems like it. I'm leaning towards blackout because they have nothing in the works. They are doing the bar minimum by just releasing the quarterly numbers. No calls or explanations as to why the numbers are the way they are. Seems very deliberate to me. Based on monthly revenues, this is a dud. No new contracts, 30%+ losses in revenue YOY.
