Stableview Deal !?!

How can this deal be between Stableview and iLookabout?  Shouldn't this transaction be between Clarocity Corp and iLookabout directly. Has everything here past and present been properly disclosed?

It was a committee that included Stableview and a couple others that negotiated this deal. It has to be approved by the shareholders of both companies I assume. If Stableview has controlling interrest in Clarocity its a moot point. Does anyone know if they do?

The CEO was out of the loop. If you can believe it.

Stableview does have controlling interest of the company. Colin and Stableview are the largest singe owners of company shares. That's why all the lending was happening. I believe they own somewhere close to 40% of the company, it was disclosed somewhere, I can't remember 100%. This was Colin's plan all along. He is such a snake oil salesman. He will get out of this whole, on our money. ...more

Colin, it is very important.  Will we see the 0.20 $ like you have stated before ?
Comment by Scotty2014 on Nov 20, 2018 12:34pm
The stock is trading below 1/2 penny (Canadian penny). Why would it go to 20 cents? Becaues Colin said so? Its an empty shell of a company. You will be lucky to see 2 cents. Not 20.

Does anyone know how many shares of Clarocity INC Stableview, or Colin Fisher own.  Are there more than one class of shares in Clarocity INC, how many shares have been issued to Clarocity Corp (Shareholders)? Seems as though Stableview has the upper hand here! How?  **ALERT**....... Remember in Stableview's indicative term sheet from DEC 2015 which accompanied his ...more

We will have a shell corp and 3 million shares and 3 million warranrs of Ilookabout. A shell without (I assume) the debt we have now. This deal is an admission thst Clarocity in its current state cannot succeed. The question is how much is a shell with no debt and some Ilookabout stock worth? Probably more than 1/2 penny. I think the deal needs more Ilookabout shares to be sellable.

3 million shares and 3 warrants spread among all current clarocity shareholders. (assuming no other debt needs to be paid off) and guess who is the biggest shareholder...... Not much left for the regular investor in this stock 1/2 a penny for this stock is the appropriate price.

We do have many millions worth of tax write offs which as a shell would be worth a lot for a company that actually makes money.

So w will see our money back ?
Comment by Scotty2014 on Nov 21, 2018 12:16pm
I dont think this deal is fair to the stockholders yet. Stableview gets almost 90% of the Ilookabout shares and the majority of the warrants. Of the 3 million shares assigned to Clarocity, Stableview as the largest stockholder gets a good chunk of that. At least 1/2 of the shares and warrants should be assigned to Clarocity. Stableview will still get well over 70% of all shares this way.

Why isn't this deal about Clarocity ? It should be !!!!!! it is our money
