AGM Re-Amendid Amentment?

Called Bart Wingerak ( 1-403-267-6558) at Computer Share today and asked him about the re-amended amendment? and he says it’s has changed from and AGM to just a Special Meeting now and really couldn’t explain the confusion, except that is changed to just a SPECIAL MEETING now?
Maybe the Clarocity Corporation would be so kind to clarify what it is? AGM or Special Meeting. I have changed my airline tickets 3 times as I would like to attend. If the Corporation would also give an address for the Special Meeting as well because Toronto is a big city to find a small Special Meeting.
