Looks like Colin dumped 13+million shares again going by sedi. He only owns 4+ million shares now. I never seen the volume spike up in the last week so how could he have dumped the shares?

My bad Rally. INK shows two transactions. The march 7th must have been a continuation of the January 15 transaction is as much as the sale price was $0.025, the same as the Jan transaction. Identical quantities too. Are you sure of StableView's share holdings?
