Trading in Canada allowed or no

Hi Dear; please advise if trading is now allowed in Canada. I can't sell it trade sitting in Canada. That is complete injustice.

Td is showing it at almost 2 cents on otc market. I haven't checked in on this since it got delisted and considered it a write off. Is this technically still alive? Any info would be great.

I spoke with CSA Secretariat about this CTO several months ago and know it was indefinite. My question was prompted because of a similar situation then but not nearly as large a gain. I would love for this CTO to be relinquished but I'm not holding my breath. I do know there are special circumstances in which trading is allowed.

Well there was 176k volume and .0143 gain in price today on otc. Who the heck is buying?
