MFC Q report on AUGust 7

Should show what happened as far as earnging the past Q, altho it may not matter in this global selloff.
Fact is tho that interest rates falling a few months into the future.. are NOT going to affect their profits from the 3 months ending in JUNE.... 
I still like the LIFECO safety and earnings much better than banks.  In a stock market crash it may not matter, but eventually it will.

All I read about is what the "market" wants which is a cut but not of any emergency meeting currently in place. The FED cutting now just days after their policy meeting is egg on their face. I'm not saying it won't happen or that they should have cut, but what changed in a matter of days? Is the market trying to force Powell's hand here?
