They are cashing out their RSU's. RSU'S are meant to bolster retention of employees by offeriing periodic vesting of shares so employees get neither dividends or voting rights for RSU's. It is a form of salary and while tax aspects are expansive RSU's are usually taxed as income on vesting based on the share price and may be further subject to capital gains if not sold on
