Meh

Kinda torn on this one... it has the stink of Dan Kriznic and his cronies (possible Bridgemark connections too?); and those financial statements aren't looking too pretty with SBC & "professional fees" outpacing gross margins... but QCA made an early investment in them and were quoted awhile back saying "CannAmerica has an interesting brand licensing model that we think gives the company a lower-than-typical risk profile."

Can anyone enlighten on the recent price action? HIgh volume sell-off on the Flower One news seems odd.

That would be great... Flower one news then LOI in Europe... no movement upwards but downwards

There were quite a few shares unlocking in the next month...my guess is that someone leveraged and sold prior to the unlocking, that’s one idea...the other is that someone is trying to accumulate cheap shares. Financials don’t look great but they definitely support the 30 cent share price. Last financing that closed was at 60 cents. Expenses are very low seeing as they just make a cut from all ...more
