There are 19.41 million shares. The IPO was for 1.25 million shares. I believe that 60% of the shares that remain in the hands of insiders are locked up. Most of the IPO shares should now be with the public as the underwriter has been selling most every day.

Math makes sense - although 1.25M shares is nothing, and insiders with more than 5% will have to disclose there sells so we will know whether they believe or not in the company.  Underwriters always sell - they are not in the business of investing or speculation. Doesn't matter if they are underwriting a $5B offering or $5M - they always sell.
