Round and round she goes and where she lands nobody knows.  But lower seems to be in the cards for sure.  So, what happens when Condor finds out they have not met some legal requirement after they start drilling?  Does everything come to a halt?

I think the purpose of the IA is just that. To make sure everything is in order to start drilling.

I dont understand this company.  The goal is always to make money and stay in business but the equation with Lyle is simply stay in business but that is a self interest and not for the good of the shareholders.  I really like the conservative approach they take but it is now an impediment.  Lyle must think all of us who are large shareholders are the age we were 10 years ago.
