Where would i find information regarding the lawsuit.  I own 26,700 shares.  With an average cost of $4.42 canadian.  So i made a significant investment prior to the scandal (12,000 shares) then bought 14,700 shares at 0.68$. Just prior to its unlisting on the TSX.

Thats a lot of money. Unfortunetly, you missed that train by nearly 2 years I think. It was awhile ago that you had to reach out to lawyers about this. They published this on a number of mediums and many people posted about here back then.  The suit was settled in Jan 2021 for $50M. If you don't know shut your mouth. Dont give ppl the wrong info. For aome ppl this is alot of money to lose and possibly gain back. The bus has not been missed. Anyone that qualfies can still join the lawsuit. Call [phone] for a US base lawyer or email [e-mail] for a Canadian based lead lawyer.

looks like thats my bad, sorry. I'm not paid, just a regular idiot I guess. But then whats that $50M settlement for (annouced in jan)? Just creditors? and also, out of curiosity, if someone knows, what happens to your shares if you do join the class action?  The period to be eligible for the suit is also much wider than I expceted. All the way up to sept 17 2019 which is quite a bit

I also had legitimate questions.  At least read my comment if you're going to say that.
