Selling 200K on 12M shares ownership. Why? If he continues to sell, it will create great opportunity for us to buy more at a discount and good entry for future investors.

Don't know about that , what I do know is they are turning a profit versus a lost ! The debt level is reduced by more than 50% versus the peak and the none profitable business is gone.  At this point any selling would mean I can add more very cheap stocks and I like that !

I dont know how the Board and senior managment sit there and let their Head of Corporate Governence hit their share price down 25% post decent earnings. The CEO says better days ahead despite labour challenges and yet noone in their senior mangement team steps up and buys stock when a Board member impedes his own net worth. Who in the world doesnt phone their broker and set up a block trade
