GCL TAKEOVER WILL LIKELY NOT BE ABOVE $1.20/SHARE

PAT123....you have the same impression that i do.  I dont see how a GCL takeover could be above $1.20.  At current $0.75, the buyer will probably come in with a 60% premium offer to demonstrate he/she is generous.

Book-value is however $0.90.  So applying to that figure a 60% premium would give closer to a $1.45 offer.

Remember that Louis Frenette, CEO, was granted 1M options at $1.14 in 2021.

So, a takeover offer could logically not take place below $1.14, otherwise he wouldn't be able to exercise his options, i believe.

Good point regarding Louis Frenette options. I'm hoping Q4 numbers (next week or the following one) are going to be not too bad and give positive perspectives for the 2022. We are desperate for a small bounce in the stock
