Q3/CONFERENCE CALL (OCT. 18/2024)

Louis Frenette (CEO) and Pierre Blanchette (CFO) took questions from 3 analysts from CORMARK SECURITIES, RAYMOND JAMES and DESJARDINS SECURITIES.  The CEO also mentioned that a contract has just been renewed this morning (Oct. 18/2024), which will reflect on Q4 financial results. FRENETTE said that 2025 will go well. The company does not have an easy go about increasing sales nor gaining significant market shares.  As an institutional shareholder pointed out recently, it wil take some time for COLABOR to achieve significant growth, therefore reaching an interesting share price.  As for a going-private, i have no clue.  RAYMOND JAMES, CLARET SECURITIES and DESJARDINS have all come on board.  I give the company until mid-2025 to demonstrate better financial results, in default of which, a TAKEOVER would then be more than questionable. By all means, the stock should be trading between $2-$3 to prove that it has momentum.
