Why do we need a  name change to get the money ?  That doesnt make a lot of sense.

Why not?  the stock is not halted and there was one trade yesterday and a bunch a few weeks ago. where does  it say it cant trade until name change ?

Name change is to change the shell game. New name pretends that it a new company with a new resource. Marketing 101. Ore shorting will be used show that the mine may be viable. But to spend a 100 million to get 385 million is not a great return of investment. Management is using the gimic to resell the resource. Management is here to make money for themselves just like Dykes has done for over 10
