Spac Deal

The Cumo Project is owned my International Cumo Mining Corp
Multi-metal Development Corp is a subsituary of International Cumo. Idaho Copper was formed under a spac deal with Joway when International Cumo merged with Joway. If Cumo merged with Joway why will Idaho Copper and Cumo not merge the stocks under one company. There is only one resource they intend to mine in Idaho. Why are all these companies involved. Idaho Copper may receive 3 shares of Internaltional Cumo for 1 share of Idaho Copper. I think the regulators are stumped too hence the continued Halt of International Cumo.
