i am pretty sure they will......getting all their ducks in a row worls needs our copper and they say we will be a mine in seven years where all other copper mines will take ten

Maybe that is what they say. Be specific. This will never be a mine. They have no money,they have no permits, and if maybe they are able to get to a feasibility. Stallin just wants to pump so he can sell that is the convenient truth.
