The facts are two NR in April - first NR outlining the

contractors to produce the new PEA - second NR stating the start of firat phase to new PEA - this is good news and yet all Reality can do is find fault everywhere when there is none. I wish IC well and hope everything goes according to plan towards our new PEA.
