If cst project is funded and a "go", this will give Alberta the social licensed to export more oilsand. The majority of canada wants kinder morgan. To shut up bc, a major project with cst would do it.

Can't use CO2 for enhanced bitumen recovery and multinationals will never clean up their stack emissions while buying government exemptions remains the lower cost option.  What a charade, Notley is lowering herself to the level of the GOP.
