Their website has recent (Dec) updates on VCQ/Rpb etc but to your point on Resolute, can anyone on this board explain how "demonstration phases" typically work? I would have thought that both Resolute and  Toundra Greenhouses would be starting to boast about this by now. Or is the demonstration "internalized" I.e. Demonstrate that it's working solidly for 6 months ...more

This absence on news actually demonstrates the fact that CST is still purely an R&D company. They just can't commercialize their solution because it is not yet ready for market. They can't commercialise their solution also because they are totally lost outside of their lab and testing environments. They are not business people. They are just lab coat technicians and university ...more

I see it differently. They are comercializing this year (aiming for May). Page 18 of their June 2018 Investor Presentation (link) states "profits by 2020 and cash positive by 2021" but, that appears to be dependent upon them getting capital. So they are ready for the market, but is there enough of a market for CCUS that CST can attract capital investment? Right now, it seems that CCUS is ...more

Good find. I just went back to the audio from the 2018 AGM (Link to audio is on first page of the presentation, link below). At about 45 mins in, Evan mentions that we'll be hearing from CST as they start the unit up for the demonstration phase so we can only assume they haven't started it up yet. He also mentions we'll see regular updates as they head towards commercialization. https ...more
