This has been a FRAUD for years, fleecing Quebec taxpayers

CST has "friends" in government and got "easy government grants" over and over, disguised under the "good for the environment" umbrella.  FRAUD all the way.  Taxpayers got fleeced while management had an easy pay check every week.
