Media mention of "Agro Thermal" projects in St. Felicien

This is probably better news for Resolute Forest Products than CST but interesting mention of the potential expansion of Tundra Greenhouses and the Kameleon project in 2020. It seems that Serres Toundra is not necessarily reliant on the Co2 captured at the mill given that (as of any reports I've seen) they don't have a lot of money invested in it. Same for Resolute last I read. But the cannabis industry is becoming known for its carbon intensity and it seems a "cluster" has formed around the mill supplying waste heat to both greenhouse operators. So maybe a next logical step would be to reduce the carbon footprint of kameleon? Again, all speculative and doesn't mean a thing for us investors at the moment but a promising possibility that the tech might have a permanent home in St. Felicien even if a business case can't be made for it elsewhere (yet). The Kameleon project alone could create 250 jobs, a very good re-use of the residual heat from the industries of Saint- Felicien.
