*** FRIENDLY WARNING *** Read article link

Friendly warning for the new batch of COTE's investors: this company is a fraud. It's been a cash cow for Mr. Coates for years. R/S after R/S, continuous insider shares being sold, nearly no revenues, etc. The engine promises have been going on for 25+ years. I am not shorting this stock, I don't own any, and I have no hidden agenda here. Like thousands others, I was scammed out of a couple thousand dollars with COTE 8 or 9 years ago (which is insignificant to me now and it was a good learning experience!). This article published in 1994 when Coates was 53 years old. He is now 77 years old and still convincing begginer investors he's about to revolutionize the engine industry..? Hope my post saves at least one person from losing their entire investment! https://www.nytimes.com/1994/07/23/business/engine-inventor-accused-of-fraud.html

Stock-based compensation expense decreased by ($2,346,134) to $1,715,597 for ...more

Thanks for the unintended reminder that the NY Times is a fraud. Fake news is mainstream and mainstream media is fake news. While the technology that Coates is pushing may well be not as good as the company claims, they sure ahve done a good job at fooling the Chinese, US Military and other significant potential partners as per their past News Releases. Your reasoning may appeal to the ...more

I appreciate your reply and point of view but if you will, let's discuss! I am very interested in understanding your side of it. 1. Saying NY Times is a fraud is a bit of a stretch, but let's give you the benefit of the doubt. 2. Fake news wasn't a thing yet in 1994. If the accusations in the article were made up and false, lawsuits would have occured against NY Times thus crushing ...more

Not so much interested in "taking sides" just in being more observant. than the average. 1&2 John Rappaport has been trying to expose fake news long before it was popular, for more than 30 years. He's one of but a few. Congressman Larry McDonald was another, Gary Allen, yet another, there are dozens more over the last several decades. All big media is fraudulent, not only for ...more
