Wow!

That is ugly. Early birds just lost their worm! More worrying is that nine times out of ten the shareprice craters after a reverse split UNLESS it is supported by very good news. My condolences to all of the early shareholders. Pretty cruel move.

WTF?!?! Good bye shareholder value... unless they come out with big news really soon. Otherwise the reverse essentially means (based on how most of these goes) we will have 1/10th the amount of shares and those consolidated will NOT trade at 10X the pre reverse split rate after the first day. Plus we're probably going to see a big hit on share price today with this news.

I guess this explains the share price falling to 25 pennies. So, I agree if there is no positive news flow starting immediately the timing of this split just killed the existing shareholders. Not a happy camper
