Share consolidations are amateurish at best

Other than when timed with a strategic event / major milestone, share consolidations are what penny stocks in the junior mining and exploration space do when they have spent all their money without finding any valuable mineral deposits. Its desperate and amateurish.

Had all day to think about this share consolidation. It doesn't pass the smell test to me. As previously mentioned, who cares about the share price. It's irrelevant and should only be about market valuation when it comes to institutional investors.    So, here is what I think happens. Well, having spent some time thinking about this, and grumbling to my wife, I think this may not be that bad. In fact, aside from the consolidation itself, and how diminished it makes ones holding seem, these are actually very positive signs for the company moving forward. Why hire 2 PR firms a few months ago? Damned if I know. They had ZERO impact. If they are expecting good results for the Phase1, why not wait until then to do the share conolidation. That would make more sense. Time it with something catalystic in nature. Their timing is off. Who planned this? Their janitor? The consolidation will NOT get institutional interest.
