Tax loss season is coming up - does anyone have a gain on COT shares? Private Placement is coming up - is the company in a strong position? Market Cap is now miniscule - does that attract more or less interest? Volume has dried up - can you get in or out? In addition, management has hired 2 PR firms - one in the U.S. Is there any U.S. buying? Those firms were hired months ago but have been quiet. What does that mean? Why pay for firms to do nothing?
