Name change and share roll-back

The company intends to change it's name to "Quadro Resources Ltd.".  It also wants to roll-back its shares at a ratio of 7:1.  Currently there are just over 49.7 million shares issued.  Ater the roll back, there will be 7.1 million shares.

The AGM is scheduled for April 8 at the company's office in Vancouver.

What were the names before: Gold resources, then Duo Resources, then Tri-Gold Resources and now Quadro Resources!  What's next Penta-Gold Resources?

I know that they were Tri-Alpha;  that's why their symbol is TALSam
