Sweet, have been looking forward to this for a long time, now when the EA is submitted by year end, we should hear on aproval around august/sept next year,

i think this derisks CEC a lot,

The AIR/EIS Guidelines didn't perk up CEC's shares today at all. Next year there'll be a NDP government in place in BC and it has indicated no friendliness toward the Raven mine. It's maybe a bit premature to start counting chickens.

They will submit EA application before year end. They should hopefully get a decision prior to the provincial elections slated for May of 2013. Either way, it's up to the EA agency moreso than the government. If CEC abides by all the guidelines and environmental requirements, any government will find it hard to decline a permit, IMO.
