shaking out the loose stuff

It is amazing how people who don't want to accept the obvious, will find enough in the trash to explain why it is actually treasure. Here's an example.

CEC doesn't have enough cash to pay their deluxe compensation, those big lunches, that office, and all the real expenses of trying to build a mine. It doesn't want to keep selling off the CUM shares. So what it is doing right now is shaking out the loose stock, getting ready to issue a few more million shares.

In that theory, they actually want to dislodge a bunch of those 800k waiting at ten cents. And they want to move the stock up to twenty or thirty cents. Not hard to do if the loose stuff is already. Then the issue, then back to 15 or 20 cents again.

So, revel in these low prices. They won't last long. The second coming is imminent. Oh, no, that's another story. The next issue is imminent. Sorry.

bocaman, you are misinformed.  CEC does not need money for their 2012 plans.   They have budgeted enough through the January cash call for the Raven expenses for 2012, and I don't see any further drilling on their properties to warrant a financing.   It is what it is for the moment, and since there is no short term newsflow, there is weakness in share price.   Will the ...more

Mountainman2, if you're looking for a SH promo scheme, go to the AMY board.   CEC is a real company run by seasoned professionals who have actually proven themselves and can demand real salaries.   CEC management knows how to run a company and actually build a mine, should one be commissioned.    Take advantage of the no newsflow but don't knock the project.  It is ...more

Mountainman, I say "IF" only because I'm not a pumper, I'm a realist.   How much money I sank into CEC is my business, but as I've said before, I'm looking to sink more into this.    Not sure if you've ever held or are considering to buy into CEC, but the first thing you should look at are management credentials.  If they are sketchy, then stay out ...more

Well 2guys IMO you should really double check what you are doing with your families money, you plan to "SINK" more into this.......WOW And no I can't see myself "SINKING" any money into this....the volatility of coal prices, CAPEX for this project is around 300 million ....each day construction costs are continuing to rise.... Yes, you`re right about that Mountingman, there`s lots of if's and you spewing out numbers from your mouth that are in no way relevant as to costs, is totally and utterly speculative and ridiculous.   Show us how exactly how you came to that CAPEX of $350 million for Raven.  Can you, or is it just another one of your ploys?  lol   This is from the FS;   2011 ...more

Listen MOUNTINGman, you are making unsubstantiated assumptions, that are 2 years off.   You have nothing to back up your assumption of $350 million market cap.    FWIW, I'm not expecting "BIG SURPRISES" with this management.  GL with your ploy.

In your previous posted you stated, "And no I can't see myself "SINKING" any money into this....the volatility of coal prices,"   And now you just stated, "I  am thinking of buying in now .....just have to wait a little longer IMO to get my stink bid filled and you know what I'm shooting for......"   Just so you know, manipulative, negative ...more

You're sounding desperate Mountainman.  You just proved that you've been bashing a stock that you have a stink bid in.   I'm sure your broker records will prove you innocent, lol.   You're not that bright are you?  JMO

You sound like the one who is desperate.....What joke you are..........
Comment by 2guys on Jul 18, 2012 3:01pm
On the contrary Mountingman, I have a stink bid in for 70k at 0.65 but you don't hear me bashing the stock do you?    I wouldn't do that, because I know for a fact that it's illegal.  GL doing what you're doing.  lol
