The best and the brightest????

What an interesting state of affairs CEC seems to be in. Once upon a time the stock was worth $1.40 a share and now it's struggling at 6 cents a share. They take almost 1 year to put together the Application for the Raven  Coal Mine and it's got more holes in it than Swiss cheese. Then to top that, they've proposed an " Advance Notice Policy for Directors". Gee.......... given they had a request from the CEAA on April 16th for more information on the Application, do you think they had an inkling the Application wouldn't be accepted and took premptive action against hostile stockholders cleaning out the board room??

There's an old west Texas saying that sums up what this CEC bunch is all about..... Big hat and no cattle.  atb
