in a way the 114 page report is great for CEC.

 

it would be like writing an exam, getting ti corrected, then having the teacher say, ok now redo the exam with my corrections

when they submit it next, and they will, it should be fullproof.

Maybe now would be a good time to see some insider buying.    Let's see if CEC releases news on this new development and how they plan on addressing things moving forward.  atb

Well at least they plan on resubmitting the application, but there's no time line or potential costs involved to do so. They say this was not unexpected of first review, but I'm not convinced, as this has taken way more time than expected.
