Request to Terminate Application for Raven Mine

The Tseshaht First Nations have requested the the BC Environmental Assessment Office terminate the Raven coal mine application.  This request has also been made by Comox Valley Coalwatch.  Six years is long enough to hold our communities ransome with a toxic project.  Fanny Bay is currently under water restrictions.  Our drinking water is ground water.  The Raven mine jeopardizes our drinking water.  Stock is now down to 1 cent.  Enough already.  Hopefully all of the investors have fled to safer ground.
