I don't think they have any leverage to do so. If you read the details closely, Pilot is going to retire the working capital deficiency of CQX, which is primarily due to related parties.  This is over $900k alone as of 5/31/14. If CQX takes any of the up to $200k Pilot is making available in a senior secured line of credit, also per the agreement, and the deal doesn't go
