I wonder how an interest rate increase will effect KWH??? Any speculation??

I should have been more specific. Their debt is minimal so I was more interested in thoughts as to whether or not we might get some negative results just because of momentum and getting caught up in the tide??

negative results how so? market going lower due to higher interest rates or higher interest rates impacting base line business model? On the business model side, the largest expsoure to interest rates is the solar business, as higher rates means higher cost to install, as solar business is based on 10-20 year cap rates.  However, solar is such a small part of rev, that I can not see an ...more

Like I said, the fundamentals look fine. The problem I am looking at is a general malaise which can be encouraged with momentum as day traders etc dump their accounts because of personal insecurity.

The market in general will drop if the US interest rate is hiked in any substantial way. IMHO, if they do hike the rates it will be in a very small increment just to let the world know they feel their economy is back on track. The problem is that it is political as well as financial in nature. As most of us realize the stability of the world markets is tenuous at best. Europe looks to be turning ...more
