Offering at $6.85

We should remember that there are still lot of people and funds who got KWH.UN for $6.85.
They will always be tempted to sell to try to take advantage of opportunitis else where.
Unless the Board increases the dividend (Even if it is very small), the unit price will keep languishing around $8. New buyers will be tempted to buy below $8 and $6.85 crowd will be tempted to sell over $8.

It is a falling market and economy, things are looking more like 2008 volatility where cash is king. what KWH is in short being the lack of history to survive tough times, at some point coming traders will put this unit to tests. watch out !!!
