I got this from Scotia Capital: May 16, 2016. Sector Perform. 12 Month Target from $11.50 to $10.50. This was after the Q1 report. As we know Q1 was not all that exciting.

Analysts have no opinion as their bosses had not given them the instructions needed for the expression. Go on to the sidelines for safety.. Emergency response team keep digging a bigger hole for the banks.

I still have no idea why you keep referencing the "emergency response team" ... This name has approx 30% institutional ownership, and the last offering was neither dilutive, nor added a different business, it simply added a larger percentage of the underlying business. I smell scare tactics.

Never shorted any stock in my past and never will as I believe in good investment behaviour is the proper style to do things. What you failed to smell is the cause and the cost results before the money making opportunities become a Ponzi scheme. Walls street wisdom ! Murphy's law !

Can you be a bit more specific on which deal ? The trust and LLC members deal ? or the trust and financial syndicate deal? or any one of those deals?
