You do understand that there can be no more Deals like the last one? You do understand that the private entity has been completely converted into publicly traded units? I don't think you fully understand the nature of the deal, I don't have the patience to explain it again...

fair enough... but Deals of the above mentioned nature are over, and really it was quite obvious that the whole crux of the deal was to facilitate the transfer of private to public equity and that was the whole reason for the share offering. He is acting like KWH.UN is a serial issuer in need of cash,which is not the case what so ever. He doesn't understand that it was a cash neutral deal.
