not true, those legal issues are expensive and do pose a bit of an unknown.  if I read it right they spent 3.9 million in legal fees so far so that money is gone and will never be coming back. looks like the selling just took out stop and after stop but nothing too crazy.  Probably be some buying later in the day when the bottom has been established.  Off golfing so will leave it ...more

You may have jumped in too soon as it is still falling.  I wouldn't be surprised to see it hovering around the $8 mark by the end of the day.  But hope there is a substantial bounce.
