The Sell off
I believe The selloff is related to the attrition.
They lost approx 14% of the customers.
Sure they had a net gain in customers, but how much of that is due to aquistion?
Can they continue to keep buying new customers to continue growing ?
Remember we lost our "debt free" status with the last aquistion and a bunch of new shares were issued.
For now, our distributions are safe, but we can't continue to have more than (approx) 7% of our customer base dropping out per quarter.
With the low payout ratio our distributions should stay safe, but if customers keep dropping off at this rate all our metrics will change unfavourably.

They explicitly said that the 174K gain was via sales and marketing. They did not mention aquasitions of customers int his number.

True. Though to be honest and you probably have seen the same in the past - when stocks get taken down so violently like this - they take time to recover. Let us see how the next few days play out.

Well I had a feeling this would happen but not to this extent. I had a stink bid in yesterday for $8.25 a little more than 10% of the closing price day prior. Got filed and was very suprised. Not sure if I'm happy yet.

Little happier now that it's up 6% hoping it holds.
