Bought Deals at $8.45 and $9.80

These two deals were at a discount and oversubscribed.
Mangement may be left with no choice but to go in for NCIB with the cash they claim to have (50% Pay out ratio).

I don't think a NCIB is currently in their plan. They have pay down their margin which is nearly fully loaded because of recent acquisitions and they still have a lot of growth opportunities. By executing their growth strategy, the share price should recover by itself when investors see that Crius keep growing. They could NCIB for short term gain, but I think they are more focused on long term ...more

Each share bought back will save 10% in dividend. They first need to tuck in the acquisition - not sure if they are looking for big deals.  Either way god bless the markets and the manipulators who took this down.

Sukhi19, not sure what's really happening here but IMHO anywhere at this point is a good place to accumulate even if it's only for the capitol gain which will be a quick 10-20% over the next quarter as long as all is well and they don't have a Deb Merril persona on their BOD.  I still believe that solar is a negative factor for increasing the profits of this trust and so do many ...more

Select555: Are you trying to be cute or obtuse - I cannot make out.  Company will be sued because the share price dropped a month or two after a bought deal? This is how the stock market works. Things go up and things go down.  You are not sure whats going on but you are sure something stinks and if the company is not careful (what does that even mean - what does the company have to ...more

Nobody gets forced into buying into the PP (actually the stock was well hgh after the PP so everyone in the PP could have sold out at a profit).  The underwriters (brokerages) who bought the overallment are not worried (from the CC and the reports) but some random poster on an internet board thinks everything around the PP stinks because the share price falls 7% You sure are trying pretty ...more
