Hmm... I think that doesn't take into account that TSX moved to T-2 on September 5th. If the record date is Sep 30th, then the ex-div date is Sep 28. Right?

Really people: it isn't rocket surgery. The EX-DIV date is exactly that, the date it trades ex (without) dividend

You are correct but do not tell that to the clown deisman - let him buy on his special ex-dividend schedule.  This is becoming like a monthly event for him.
