The fact that it

can't claw its way back and is on the low of the day is very weak action IMO. I for one am getting concerned or at least bracing myself for more weakness. In the absence of some kind of positive news this looks lower.

Could go lower - could go higher. In the end what matters to me as a long term shareholder is how the company performs with its business. The price will work out in the long run if the business is running well.  I think one can go crazy trying to time the market. Can get lucky once, may be twice but not all the time.

In 2015, 6.7 million units were offered at $6.43 which is 12% of outstanding units. Most of these units must have been sold at a profit. It is trading quite close to 2016 bought deal price of $8.45. Brokearges have been balancing their funds with Crius since then; which means they are also holding bulk of the units at a price higher than $8.67.
